Our intent with this site is to share our insights of beer, beer culture, and homebrewing with whomever will listen.
A little bit first about ourselves, we are Everitt and Don. We became friends several years back over the very things that this site is about, beer and the South, particularly Louisiana. Since then, we have striven to increase our knowledge of all things beer. The explosion of the craft beer scene around the state has fueled our passion for the delicious libation, both of our own creation and that of the wonderful brewers across the South.
